Access Mechanical is a second generation family owned and operated HVAC-R company that specializes in heating, air conditioning, ventilation and refrigeration for the commercial, industrial, agricultural and institutional sectors.

Current owners, Mike and Cheryl Kunkel, are proud to follow in the footsteps of Mike’s parents, Herman and Sandra Kunkel, who opened their first installation and repair business, Herm Kunkel Appliance Service, in 1969. Access Mechanical was established in 2002 and it has been a successful local business ever since. As local business owners, we are experts in all aspects of HVAC services in Simcoe and its surrounding regions.
